Surgery Survey October 2018 - Thumbs up!

We carried out a survey to measure the of quality of service we provide.

79% found it was easy to get through this surgery by phone

94% found our reception staff listened well

97% found staff helpful, polite, caring and empathetic

75% found availability of appointments was good

Overall it was thumbs up for the quality of service provided by reception staff but we will improve further.

NOTICE FOR ALL NEWLY PREGNANT WOMEN

Procedures to follow for self-referral:

  •  If you are a newly pregnant woman you DO NOT NEED to book your FIRST appointment with a doctor
  •  You can directly book antenatals at the hospital of your choice by self-referral online
  •  Search for “Self-referral for pregnancy care – choice of hospital”
  •  Fill in the referral form and send electronically to antenatal coordinator
  •  You will receive an appointment by post

 OR

 You can directly go to the hospital of your choice.

Alexandra Avenue Health Centre is Changing

From 1 November 2018, You will need to book an appointment before arriving. The Centre will  patients registered with a Harrow GP

Booking is easy, simply contact the surgery or call NHS 111.

Christmas 2018 Closure Hours

We will be closed on the following dates:

Tuesday 25 Decembr 2018

Wednesday 26 December 2018

Tuesday 1 January 2019

We will be open as usual all other weekdays throughout Christmas break.
