Making an Appointment:

The surgery is open 5 days a week at the following times:

Monday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Tuesday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM 

Wednesday 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

During open hours, a member of staff is always present to answer any queries, to take telephone calls, and take appointment bookings in person. GPs and nurse practitioners are also available to see patients.

The most convenient method to book your appointment is by using our on-line application. Please contact the surgery for patient on line access.  

If you would prefer to make an appointment by phone, please call us on 020 8427 9445.

Once an appointment is made, on your mobile you will receive a confirmation and a reminder closer to the time of your appointment. This will only work if you have  an up-to-date mobile number registered with the practice.

Making an Emergency Appointment:

For emergency/urgent appointments, you must call the practice on the day at 8:00 AM and request to book an emergency appointment. Once emergency appointments have been fully booked, you can also contact us to  book emergency appointments to visit any of these three walk in centres to see a doctor:

Pinn Medical Centre: 37 Love Ln, Pinner, HA5 3EE

Belmont Health Centre: 516 Kenton Ln, Stanmore, Harrow HA3 7LT

Alexandra Avenue Health and Social Centre: 275 Alexandra Ave, Harrow HA2 9DX

Alexandra Avenue Health Centre is Changing

From 1 November 2018, You will need to book an appointment before arriving. The Centre will  patients registered with a Harrow GP

Booking is easy, simply contact the surgery or call NHS 111.

Telephone Consultations:

Morning telephone consultations

Telephone consultations are Monday - Friday between 8:00-8:45 AM . Call the practice between this time period and request to speak to the doctor. You will then be put through to speak with the doctor. This is on a first come first serve basis.

It is important to note that you may be asked what your consultation is regarding. This information is strictly confidential and is only passed onto the doctor you will be speaking to in order to aid them in their consultation.

Pre-booking telephone consultations

If you would like to schedule a telephone consultation instead, this can be arranged by calling us at 020 8427 9445 and we will be happy to help.


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please let us know by calling the practice as soon as possible so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.

You will also receive a reminder on your mobile closer to the time of your appointment. If you cannot attend, reply to your reminder with CANCEL. It is important you reply with CANCEL as any other reply will not work and your appointment will not be cancelled.
